Important disclosures.

This page collects the disclosures that apply to Rosenfeld Wealth Group and this website. Please read them — they describe real limits, risks, and tradeoffs, not fine print for its own sake.

Securities & advisory disclosures

Securities and investment advisory services are offered only by individuals who are properly licensed and registered, and only in jurisdictions where they are registered to do business. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. No investment strategy — including diversification and asset allocation — guarantees a profit or protects against loss in declining markets. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment products are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, and are not guaranteed by any bank or government agency.

All investments involve fees and expenses that reduce returns. Before investing in any mutual fund or other offering, carefully review the prospectus or offering document, which describes the investment's objectives, risks, charges, and expenses.

Brokerage services and investment advisory services are different, with different costs, services, and obligations. Ask your representative to explain which type of relationship applies to any account you are considering.

Annuity disclosures

Annuities are long-term insurance contracts designed for retirement and other long-range goals. They typically carry surrender periods during which withdrawals above allowed amounts incur surrender charges, and withdrawals before age 59½ may be subject to a federal tax penalty in addition to ordinary income tax.

Annuities may involve fees and contract limitations, including rider charges, caps, participation rates, spreads, and market-value adjustments, depending on the product. Variable and index-linked annuities involve market risk, including possible loss of principal. Any guarantee is subject to the terms of the contract and depends on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are not suitable for everyone; consult a tax professional regarding the tax consequences of any annuity decision.

529 plan disclosures

Section 529 plans are municipal securities that involve investment risk, including possible loss of principal. Plans differ by state in their fees, investment options, and benefits, and some states offer tax or other benefits only to residents who invest in their own state's plan — consider those benefits before investing.

Earnings on non-qualified withdrawals are subject to federal income tax and may be subject to a 10% federal penalty tax, as well as state taxes. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and may change. Before investing, read the plan's official program disclosure statement carefully and consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.

Insurance disclosures

Insurance products, including term life insurance, are offered only by properly licensed individuals and are subject to state availability. All applications are subject to the issuing carrier's underwriting requirements — coverage is not guaranteed, premiums are not final until a policy is issued, and not every applicant will qualify. Policies contain exclusions, limitations, and terms for keeping them in force; review the policy itself for what is and is not covered. Any guarantee is backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.

Career opportunity disclosures

Career inquiries are not offers of employment. Any opportunity may require licensing, registration, examinations, and background checks, which can involve costs paid by the candidate. Whether a role is classified as employment or independent contracting is confirmed in writing before onboarding. Compensation is performance-based; earnings vary widely and no level of income, advancement, client acquisition, or business success is guaranteed. Opportunity availability varies by location and qualification.
